Frais de gestion<\/h3>\n

Contrairement aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de courtage traditionnelles qui facturent \u00e0 la transaction <\/em>, WDS per\u00e7oit une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sous forme d'honoraires. Cela garantit \u00e0 chaque client WDS le m\u00eame niveau de service objectif, transparent et professionnel.<\/p>\n

Les frais annuels de base de WDS sont de 1,35 % et sont d\u00e9gressifs en fonction de l\u2019actif total de la famille. Le montant des frais (plus les taxes applicables) est calcul\u00e9 en pourcentage de la valeur marchande de chaque compte. Les frais mensuels sont pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s directement du compte, \u00e0 terme \u00e9chu. Les frais de gestion sont d\u00e9ductibles d\u2019imp\u00f4t au Canada pour les comptes non enregistr\u00e9s<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Aucune commission n\u2019est payable \u00e0 WDS en lien avec les produits d\u2019investissement, y compris les commissions de suivi<\/a> relatives aux fonds communs de placement h\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Ratio des frais de gestion des fonds sponsoris\u00e9s<\/h3>\n

Dans certains cas, WDS peut utiliser des produits d\u2019investissement collectifs, comme des fonds n\u00e9goci\u00e9s en bourse. Ces fonds communs comportent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des frais de gestion et des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qui sont d\u00e9duits par le sponsor du fonds. Le ratio des frais de gestion<\/a> varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 0,25 % \u00e0 0,75 %, selon la cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019actifs du fonds.<\/p>\n

Commission commerciale et autres frais de courtage<\/h3>\n

Avec un compte de garde, Banque Nationale R\u00e9seau Ind\u00e9pendant (NBIN) facture un taux de commission standard pour les ordres de transactions \u00e9lectroniques, c'est-\u00e0-dire tous les ordres d'achat\/vente de titres canadiens ou am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n

NBIN facture ses frais standards pour les transferts ou la r\u00e9siliation de comptes. Ces frais sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s aux taux indiqu\u00e9s dans la D\u00e9claration de divulgation des frais et des charges de service pour les clients des gestionnaires de portefeuille.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Les clients de WDS ne paient pas de frais de garde \u00e0 NBIN.
