Kathy Kruivitsky, CPA, CA, CIM
Portfolio Manager and Business Development
Kathy is responsible for private client relations at WDS, and has been one of its portfolio managers since 2006. She has 20 years of front-line investment management experience; some spent with two mutual fund dealers and, prior to WDS, PWL Capital. Clients benefit from Kathy’s insights and experience in addressing wealth management needs. Her finance, tax and estate planning background were gained while at KPMG and the former Coopers & Lybrand. Kathy has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She also earned the Canadian Securities Institute’s Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Financial Management Advisor and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designations. Kathy is a Hospice Care Ottawa volunteer, which provides compassionate end-of-life care when and where needed.
